Terms & Conditions
1. Pay First policy
2. Customers are responsible for clearing the pockets, removing stains, and sorting their clothes. SAVON LAVAGE Laundry Shop is not liable for any damage caused by customer negligence or the use of the washer & dryers to the articles. This includes bleeding, fading, shrinking, damaged prints, anything left in the pocket, loss of buttons/parts, or other changes from the normal washing/drying process. To avoid such instances, clients should declare the fragility of articles and place them in a fine net laundry mesh bag.
3. SAVON LAVAGE Laundry Shop is not liable for any damage to the laundry articles in case of fire, flood, earthquake, and other unforeseen events through force majure.
4. SAVON LAVAGE Laundry strictly does not accept heavily soiled articles that require special type of cleaning procedure, product, and/or machine such as labor work uniforms, oiled towels from spa, and the like; also articles that would compromise hygiene in the shop such as rugs or contaminated items such as those from hospitals.
5. SAVON LAVAGE Laundry Shop reserves the right to confirm the accuracy of the articles for laundry, remove articles unsuitable for the laundry service, and/or remove items if the customer does not comply with the stated accepted weight & volume per load.
6. Complaints will only be entertained within 24 hours from the date of delivery/claim.
7. Articles not claimed within 7 days will be charged a storage fee of Php 10.00/day. Beyond 90 days, Savon Lavage Laundry Shop reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed articles.
8. For our subscribers, no subscription card, no laundry service order is accepted.
